Activities Available
Thank you for allowing me to participate in you/your child’s musical education. My goal as a piano teacher is to provide quality music instruction accompanied by positive encouragement in order to develop the enjoyment of music within each student. Please let me know in the event you have concerns or questions.
Enrollment Options
(applies to in-person or virtual lessons)
Annual Enrollment - Private Piano
$780 per year or $65 per month for 12 months
This is a yearly commitment for 12 months of consistent lesson enrollment. Students will be taking year-round piano lessons based on the studio calendar. Special activities and scheduling will be available for summer to accommodate family vacations.
Monthly Enrollment-Private Piano
$75 per month
This option is for students who want to have the option of taking time off from piano during the course of the year for various reasons.
Weekly Enrollment-Private Piano
$25 per week
This option is being offered for adults or students ages 15 and over with extremely busy schedules.Tuition payment is required at the time of the lesson. Weekly lessons are scheduled no more than 7 days in advance on a weekly basis as the student’s and studio schedule permits.
Additional Fees
Each student will be responsible for the costs of his/her books and supplies. All books and supplies are billed in advance by statement and will be purchased by the teacher/studio unless indicated otherwise. A metronome is required ( approx. $30) but doesn’t need to be purchased at the very beginning of piano lessons.
Participation in festivals and auditions requires additional entry fees. Students are responsible for the cost of entrance fees, music, etc. Parents may choose whether or not their child participates in festivals and auditions and to which event they participate in. All entry fees are billed 30 days minimum in advance of the due date on the statements unless otherwise notified. Students must complete 19 weekly lessons in 6 consecutive months to participate in auditions and festivals.

Labor day, Fall Break, Halloween,Thanksgiving Break, Christmas/New Years Break, Spring Break, Good Friday, Memorial day, OMTA Professional Seminar/Conference
In the event of bad weather, in studio lessons the studio is usually still open. For those uncomfortable with driving, the lesson will be rescheduled to next time available agreeable to both student and teacher or online/virtual lessons will be available.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance at lessons is essential for the student’s success. If you cannot attend the scheduled time, please let me know the minimum of 24 hours in advance. In special cases of last minute illness, for the student or within other family members, please notify me as soon as possible that you/your child will not be attending.
DO NOT COME TO PIANO IF YOU ARE SICK
If the student feels up to piano, a virtual lesson may be done or the lesson will be rescheduled.
Messages may be left on the cellphone voicemail or a text message by be sent.
Should I be unable to conduct the lessons at the scheduled time, the lesson will be rescheduled at the next time available both student and teacher agree on.
